MARTINEZ DUMPSTER RENTAL

Martinez has many historic and older homes that require careful renovation. For most projects — kitchen remodels, bathroom updates, or foundation work — a 20-yard dumpster is ideal. It handles plaster, old lumber, fixtures, and demolition debris. For whole-home renovations or additions, the 30-yard is your best bet.

If you place the dumpster on your own driveway or private property, no permit is typically required in Martinez. For street placement in Downtown Martinez or historic neighborhoods, you may need a temporary encroachment permit from the City of Martinez. We can help you determine the best placement for your property.

Standard rental includes:

• 3 days for 10-yard dumpsters used for clean soil, concrete, bricks, or mixed materials.
• 7 days for all dumpsters used for debris (10, 20, and 30-yard).
• Need more time? Additional days are available at $49/day (24-hour notice required).

We accept:

• General debris from home remodels, cleanouts, light demolition, landscaping, etc.
• Clean soil, concrete, bricks or mixed materials (in 10-yard dumpsters only).

Not allowed:

• Hazardous waste, wet paint, batteries, propane tanks, medical waste, refrigerants, etc.
• Treated wood, tires, mattresses, and appliances may incur extra fees.

Each dumpster has a weight limit:

Heavy materials:

10-yard for heavy materials (clean soil, concrete, bricks, or mixed materials) has no weight limit.

For general debris:

• 10-yard: 1 ton
• 20-yard: 2 tons
• 30-yard: 3 tons

Extra weight is charged at $125 per ton (prorated). Fill to the marked line.

If the dumpster is placed on private property (like your driveway), usually no.
If it's going on the street, a city permit may be required.
